Juval Aviv, President and CEO of Interfor, Inc., a corporate investigations firm based in New York, NY, and a counterterrorism expert, is the author of several fiction and non-fiction book. His non-fiction titles include The Complete Terrorism Survival Guide (Juris) and Staying Safe (Harper Collins).

Juval’s fiction novels are a series, featuring private investigator, Sam Woolfman, which are based on the true events of cases that he has investigated. Originally published by Random House, the books are now being re-released as Kindle books on

The Asset, published in hardcover as Max, is the first book in the series and is based on events surrounding the murder of British media tycoon, Robert Maxwell. The second book in the series, Flight 103, is based on the investigation into the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.
